Growing up, I dreamt of earning a college football scholarship.   I attended all different types of college and QB camps in high school but I found that they never really improved my fundamentals.  There were always hundreds of kids at these camps, so my reps and one-on-one instruction were at a minimum.  I never left these camps feeling like a more complete quarterback.

With hard work and determination I did earn a Division 1 football scholarship to Nicholls State University but I believe I would have been much more prepared for college football if I had started working with a personal quarterback coach at an early age.

I created the Yale Vannoy Quarterback Academy in 2012 with a mission to guide and inspire quarterbacks through their own football journeys. My program is for athletes that have a Healthy Obsession for football and the position of Quarterback. I work with some of the best quarterbacks in the country. They all have substantial goals in place that they are pursuing. My quarterbacks want to start on varsity as soon possible, win state championships, earn college scholarships, have outstanding college careers, and play in the NFL. I teach my athletes the “WHY” of what they are doing so they can better understand their own game and mechanics even when they’re not with me. I’ve helped over 100 high school quarterbacks reach the collegiate level with 45 of those earning full ride scholarships to Division 1 football programs. It’s the combination of my playing experience and success at a D1 university, coaching for over 15 years, studying the science behind the position of QB on a daily basis, and the results my quarterbacks have achieved that makes YVQB Academy one of the top QB training centers in the country.
